Adel is a city located in Dallas County, Iowa, along the North Raccoon River. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 3,435. It is the county seat of Dallas County and the birthplace of 1939 Heisman Trophy winner Nile Kinnick. (More Info and Source)
